Born and raised in Alaska, Charlie has always had a passion for the outdoors.  An enthusiastic skier from an early age, Charlie has spent the majority of his free time roaming around in the snowy mountains on skis with his friends. Longing for a better avenue for story-telling and sharing experiences from the field, Charlie first picked up a camera in high school.  20+ years and many shutter-clicks later he is still at it on the never-ending quest to capture the most inspiring mountain imagery imaginable.
